If you're VAT registered, your VAT registration number is your key to charging VAT, reclaiming it on expenses, and filing VAT returns.

It’s a 9-digit number, often written as 123456789 or 123 4567 89, and you’ll find it on your VAT certificate from HMRC. If you’ve raised invoices or filed VAT returns before joining Mighty, it’ll also be on those documents.
